LifeMark Health no longer distributes the BrainPort balance device in Canada.  All devices have been sold.

 

If you are a customer that purchased a BrainPort balance device prior to April 1, 2010 and have a warranty or device-related question, please email us at CustomerSupportUS@wicab.com.  In your email, please include the following information: 1) your name, 2) BrainPort balance device serial number, 3) date of purchase, 4) location of purchase, 5) detailed description of your question or problem.  We will get back to you as soon as possible.  Please note, we will only respond to warranty and device-related emails.
